Rachel Botnick

Founder, Unlearn 2 Learn (U2L)

Rachel Botnick is an educator, college professor, podcast co-creator, and digital content creator who built U2L on one core belief: learning only works when it works for the learner.

As a veteran special educator and university instructor specializing in differentiated instruction, Rachel has spent her career designing environments where diverse learners — across ability levels, learning styles, and backgrounds — can access meaningful growth.

Her work has always centered on this question:

How do we design learning so every individual can enter, engage, and succeed?

U2L is her answer.

Born from years of building structured, experiential instruction for students who needed more than one-size-fits-all teaching, U2L transforms differentiation from an accommodation into a design principle.

Courses are intentionally built to:

  • Meet learners where they are
  • Offer multiple entry points
  • Blend structure with creativity
  • Move from experience to clarity to launch

Whether building a digital footprint, designing a vision board, or learning photography, every U2L course reflects the same philosophy:

  • Different learners.
  • Different strengths.
  • One high standard.

Rachel believes confidence grows when learners feel seen — and when instruction adapts to unlock their potential rather than forcing them into a rigid mold.
